We’re thrilled to announce that we’re working with the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America to streamline their branded merchandise workflow!
CCFA is a national non-profit that funds research and provides education and support programs for those affected with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Their mission is to cure Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by these diseases. The CCFA team has had great success using promotional merchandise to raise awareness, but they found that managing all of their vendors and branded assets was cumbersome. Without a centralized location, they couldn’t effectively coordinate their resources across chapters. They asked us if we could provide a better solution.

We set out to deliver a cohesive, all-in-one package for their branded promotional marketing efforts. CCFA had an established product list they wanted to maintain and centralize, so in addition to sourcing their merchandise, we provided the following marketing services:
- Back end warehousing and fulfillment to ensure quality maintenance and timely delivery
- Building of an online portal, a custom site that features our proprietary Accutrak™ software to streamline the buying process
- Training support to make sure everyone on the CCFA team is comfortable working with the new system
